Some roads we drive more than once

each journey feels a little different

the road may forget you passed

but you are never the same

This is a painting of a small town, Tulbagh, nestled in between the mountains of the Western Cape, South Africa. A town I called home for many years.

It is a town that holds some of the best and hardest memories of my life.

This painting was inspired by the love and appreciation I still have for this town, and for the memories we shared here together.
