Returns Policy

We want you to love your art print as much as we loved creating it! If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

  • We accept returns on art prints within 14 days of delivery.

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.

  • Please note: custom or personalised prints are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We’ll do our best to resolve the issue quickly by offering a replacement or refund.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

Return Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
