4. Custom Commissions
Commissioned work will be governed by an individual agreement outlining scope, pricing, usage rights, timelines, and revision limits. Once a project is approved and payment is made, the artwork cannot be refunded unless agreed upon in writing.
Client may not reproduce, alter, or sell commissioned work without prior written permission unless full commercial rights have been purchased.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including artwork, images, text, branding, and designs, is the intellectual property of Lore Atelier and is protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or use content without explicit permission.
Purchasing a product does not grant ownership of copyright or licensing rights.
6. Refunds and Returns
Due to the nature of artwork and custom orders, all sales are final unless a product arrives damaged or defective. If you experience an issue with your order, please contact us at lore@loreatelier.com.au within 7 days of delivery.

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website, products, or services.
